Who We Are
Global Youth Development Program (GYDP) is a research-oriented, non-profit organization committed to advancing inclusive development. We combine scientific research, innovation, and capacity building to create sustainable solutions for youth and women in underserved communities.
Where We Work
GYDP is headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya, with a professional team of over 20 staff members and representation across the country. Our activities span both urban and rural settings, allowing us to address diverse socio-economic and environmental challenges.

To grow from our local roots into a globally recognized organization that transforms lives and delivers solutions to at least 10 million youth and women worldwide.
Our Mission
To empower youth and women with knowledge, skills, and resources that enhance employability, foster entrepreneurship, and promote sustainable social, economic, and environmental development.
